1. Tamaya Coffee Shop's Natural House Blend (powder)
We use raw beans that are marked with the organic JAS mark, which allows them to be traced back to their place of origin.
Based on the concept of "organic and delicious blended coffee," the coffee is roasted to a "medium roast" using Peruvian coffee, which has a well-balanced aroma and flavor, as a base, and Mexican coffee, which has a moderate acidity and rich aroma, and Guatemala coffee, which brings out a slightly bitter taste.
We strive to ensure that our customers can enjoy the delicious taste of freshly roasted coffee.

2. Nishi's "Izumo Province Black Tea" tea bags Hoping to revive domestic black tea, he has been making these tea bags since 1985 using tea leaves grown without the use of synthetic chemical pesticides or fertilizers.

The harvested tea leaves are not pressed immediately, but are left to rest in a well-ventilated place.
The tea is oxidized and fermented slowly over time without heating. The black tea made in this way has a gentle aroma and is less bitter and astringent. It can be enjoyed without sugar.

4. Guilt-Free Kata-yaki Cookies (Lemon Ginger, Burdock Miso, Onion Cumin)
