Collection: Grass-Fed

What is Grass-Fed?

Grass-fed is a combination of the words grass and fed, and translates to "grass-raised" in Japanese. Beef that is raised in a natural environment, grazing on pasture and fed only grass, is called "grass-fed beef."

Grass-fed beef is a meat that has been gaining attention recently due to its high protein and low calorie content, with people saying things like "eat it to lose weight" and "it's healthy," and it has also attracted the attention of athletes who are trying to build their bodies.

This is a farming method that is popular in New Zealand and Australia, and in recent years an increasing number of farms in Japan are adopting it.
