Unlike in Japan, in France "butter" refers to "fermented butter."
Fermented grass-fed butter is different from regular grass-fed butter.
Fermented with lactic acid bacteria, it has a rich aroma and a slight sourness.

At Nakahora Farm, we use fresh cream, which is the precursor to butter.
We add carefully selected lactic acid bacteria and ferment it slowly for a long time.
It is made using a special manufacturing process that cannot be mass-produced.

Just like regular grass-fed butter, you can use it for anything, such as spreading it on bread, baking sweets, cooking, and making butter coffee.
=======================

"Grass-fed" means cattle that have been raised on grass. At Nakahora Farm, the cattle graze 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the summer, they are fed with wild grass, wild herbs, and leaves that grow naturally in the mountains and contain no chemicals (grass, which is the mainstream for grazing around the world, often requires chemical fertilizers), and in the winter ...
The cows are fed domestically grown, pesticide-free hay and silage. To increase milk yield and milk fat content, it is common to feed grains to herbivorous cows (grain-fed), but when cows eat grass, which is their natural staple food, the grass components such as beta-carotene are transferred to the milk, resulting in yellowish milky white color.
We also offer the precious grass-fed butter made from this precious milk. You can also enjoy butter coffee, which was featured in the book "The Silicon Valley Way: The Ultimate Diet for Changing Your Life" by Dave Asprey (Diamond Publishing).
Grass-fed butter contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, which are rare in regular butter, and is expected to have beneficial functions for the body. Nakahora Farm's grass-fed butter is the only one available in Japan. Add color to your table with this safe, secure, and rare butter grown in a chemical-free, stress-free environment.
