Snow Country Carrot Juice [200ml]

This fruity juice is made from carrots from Uonuma, Niigata, and apple juice. We have pursued a sweetness without a grassy smell so that even children who don't like carrots can drink it. Lemon and plum are also added, giving it a refreshing aftertaste. The thick texture, almost like grated fruit, makes this a luxurious juice that is more suitable for tasting than drinking.

The carrots used are specially grown using organic fertilizer. After harvest, they are left to overwinter under the deep snow of Niigata. This allows them to fully ripen and double the sugar content. By drawing out the full potential of the ingredients, we have created a juice with a deep, natural sweetness without using any sugar.
