"Naturally grown rice, koji, and cedar barrels are the legacy of this collaborative brewery, Fukui Marukawa Miso, founded in 1914. Made with domestically grown organic soybeans and domestically grown organic barley, it is fermented and aged for over 10 months and brewed naturally. It is a sweet type with a pleasant barley aroma.
