This is a convenient refill for making pickled vegetables at home.
This is a convenient replacement for aged rice bran when making pickled vegetables at home. It is made by combining domestically produced rice bran and rice koji with salt and chili pepper. When the saltiness becomes weak, add salt to your taste.

[How to use]
Occasionally, there may be scattered specks of pale orange pigment, but this is a separated pigment from the chili peppers and does not affect the quality.
1. As you use it more frequently, the vegetables will absorb the salt and you will need to add more salt. If the saltiness becomes weak, add an appropriate amount of salt.
2. Rice bran miso likes air. Even when not in use, stir the rice bran bed frequently to let air in.
3. When the rice bran bed starts to decrease or the moisture becomes excessive, add an appropriate amount of this product (matured rice bran) and stir well.
4. When adding supplementary bran, mix it together until it becomes about as hard as an earlobe.
