This ramen is made with 10 kinds of domestically grown grains. The noodles are healthy and not fried in oil. Instead of using kansui, it contains grains to create a chewy texture. The refreshing salty taste is even more delicious when you add vegetables to your liking.

(1) Bring 500cc of water to a boil, add the noodles and simmer for about 4 minutes.
