Mochi millet is characterized by its chewy texture and beautiful yellow color. It can be mixed with rice and cooked, steamed like mochi, or used as an ingredient in soup, making it a great ingredient in any dish.

Organically grown glutinous millet from Hokkaido, Japan. It has a unique flavor and sweetness.

[How to eat it deliciously (20 servings)]
<Ingredients> ・1.5 cups of glutinous millet or glutinous millet ・1.5 cups of non-glutinous millet or non-glutinous millet ・400g mashed sweet potato
・Aonori (green laver) (as much as you like)
<How to make> (1) Wash the grains thoroughly and soak them in water overnight.
(2) Add 1.6 times the amount of water and a pinch of salt, cook in a rice cooker, and pound with a rolling pin to form into balls.
(3) Put mashed sweet potato (boiled with 50g of sugar and a little salt) on the outside of the sushi, put it inside, and sprinkle with green laver.
