Product Introduction

Organic strawberry spread. We have focused on the natural aroma and flavor of strawberries. Approximately 17 strawberries are used in one jar. Other than the fruit used as ingredients, only apple puree and concentrated apple juice are used. No sugar is added, and it is made from 100% fruit. No pectin is added for gelling (solidifying). A higher percentage of fruit is used than in regular jam to solidify naturally. Vacuum heating is used to minimize heating, so the original nutrition, flavor, and fruitiness of the fruit are not lost, resulting in a rich flavor.
