Organic Yuzu Vinegar

This is a fruit vinegar made from 100% natural yuzu juice squeezed from yuzu, a specialty of Tokushima.

This is 100% natural juice squeezed from yuzu, a Tokushima specialty grown in organic fields.
No salt is added, and of course no food additives are used.
When used with sashimi, vinegared dishes, grilled fish, etc., it brings out the flavor of the ingredients even more, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing taste.
Hotpots, especially the Japanese dishes mizutaki and chirinabe, take advantage of the wonderful flavor of fruit vinegar.
You can also add honey or other sweetener and dilute it with cold water before drinking.
Mix with your favorite shochu, sake, or western liquor and enjoy.
