This organic twice-cooked pork base is made without any artificial seasonings and is based on organic rice miso, with the sweetness of organic sugar, oyster extract made from Hiroshima oysters, and the flavor of organic soy sauce.
It's easy to prepare, just stir fry the meat and vegetables together. It's a safe and secure side dish that busy mothers will be happy to have.
Simply stir fry cabbage, pork belly, and green onions and add this product for an easy and delicious dish.

The rice miso used is made from domestically produced organic rice and soybeans (non-GMO), and is matured to create an organic rice miso.
We use organic sugar imported from overseas.
We use organic cornstarch.
The organic rice fermented seasoning uses organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type) fermented using sake yeast using domestic organic rice, rice koji, and water as ingredients.
We use Shima Mars salt.
The oyster extract is made from oysters produced in Hiroshima.
The sesame oil is made by vigorously roasting carefully selected, high-quality sesame seeds and then squeezing them to bring out the unique sesame aroma.
The soy sauce used is organic honjozo soy sauce brewed from domestically produced organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat and aged for over a year.
