Manuka honey is the most sought-after honey in the world and can only be found in New Zealand.
Product description

Manuka honey is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Myrtaceae family that grows only in New Zealand, called Manuka (Maori, scientific name: Leptospermum scoparium), and it blooms with cute white and pink flowers. Manuka trees are called "tea trees" in English and were widely used as medicinal herbs by the Maori people, the indigenous people of New Zealand who settled in this area in the 1300s. It was so named because the famous adventurer Captain Cook, his crew, and other travelers drank it instead of tea. Manuka honey contains many nutrients. (However, vitamins and minerals are sensitive to high temperatures, so it is important to manage the temperature during and after import.) Furthermore, a very small amount of Manuka honey contains UMF, a substance unique to Manuka honey that is a bactericidal and antibacterial component. Ordinary honey also has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. However, there is no other honey that contains this much antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Our UMF Manuka Honey is guaranteed to be fully traceable. We have achieved full traceability, starting from the time when the Manuka flowers bloom and where the hives are placed, to harvesting, extraction from the hives, and filling. In order to prevent product deterioration in the high temperature environment during international shipping, we thoroughly control the temperature by using air freight or refrigerated containers until it reaches the customer.
