"My father owns Natural House. We are the smallest natto shop in Japan." We call ourselves the smallest natto shop in Japan. The founder, the previous generation, became independent from Natural House. Most of the work is done carefully by hand, and the fermentation process lasts almost a day, with temperature settings and control to maximize the quality of each ingredient.

This natto is made from small organic soybeans called "Yukisizuka" grown in Imashiro, Hokkaido, and is steamed in a bamboo steamer, allowing you to enjoy the delicious flavor of soybeans.
*Information about shipping: Products marked [Refrigerated] will be delivered by refrigerated delivery (cooling fee of 330 yen will be charged separately from shipping fee).
・If you purchase products marked as [Refrigerated] together with regular products (room temperature delivery) that do not have this label, the regular products (room temperature delivery) will be shipped together with the refrigerated products via refrigerated delivery.
We will add the cool fee of 330 yen after you place your order.

This natto is made from small organic soybeans called "Yuki Shizuka" grown by Imashiro in Hokkaido, and is steamed in a bamboo steamer, allowing you to enjoy the delicious flavor of soybeans.

Ingredients: Domestic organic soybeans, natto bacteria, sauce: tamari soy sauce, flavoring ingredients (bonito, shiitake mushrooms, kelp, dried sardines), mirin, sugar, salt, rice vinegar, mustard: mustard, apple vinegar, salt, starch syrup, chili pepper (ingredients include wheat, soybeans, and apples)
