This semi-hard cheese is made using milk from year-round pasture-raised cows and is aged for six months (180 days) using traditional methods.

・If you purchase products marked as [Refrigerated] together with regular products (room temperature delivery) that do not have this label, the regular products (room temperature delivery) will be shipped together with the refrigerated products via refrigerated delivery.
