We want to deliver the flavor of Yamagata that has been loved for many years. Our beef is "long-term ideal fattening beef" that has been fattened in-house for over 33 months in a hygienic environment with plenty of love and care.

We raise "Yonezawa Beef" in its home town of Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture. Yonezawa is hot in the summer and closed off by snow in the winter. The difference in temperature creates the ultimate flavor.
It's a quiet place, so the cows grow up without feeling stressed.
When raising the cattle, we use a mixture of 25 different types of feed depending on their growth. For drinking water, we use underground water from the Azuma Mountains that springs out in Yonezawa.
In this way, we put our cows first, never forgetting to be grateful to them, and raise them with the utmost care.
