We have recreated authentic Japanese soup stock using traditional Japanese professional techniques for the home. We use 2-3kg of low-fat bonito flakes from Yaizu Port, and Rausu kelp, known as the "king of kelp," for a luxurious taste. One bag can make miso soup or stews for 4-5 people.
We do not use any food additives such as chemical seasonings (amino acids, etc.).
