This plum sauce is made by mixing well-sun-dried pickled plums (plum flesh) from organically grown green plums in Nara Prefecture with organic soy sauce made from natural fermentation using domestic organic ingredients (whole soybeans, wheat).
You can enjoy the macrobiotic classic "umeshobancha".
It can also be used as a seasoning or secret ingredient.

We use pickled plums made from domestically grown organic green plums that have been grown under contract with producers in Nara Prefecture for many years.

How to eat/use: Put one bag of ginger and pickled plum bancha tea into a teacup, pour in about 100ml of hot water, mix well and drink.
