Ponzu sauce made from 100% domestically grown organic yuzu. No chemical seasonings or synthetic preservatives are used.
Ponzu sauce made with plenty of JAS-certified organic yuzu, which is hard to find even in Japan.
This premium ponzu sauce is made from the juice of the rare JAS-certified organic yuzu citrus fruit and Tokushima-grown sudachi citrus, which are lovingly grown by contract farmers in the mountains of Tosa, and is seasoned with soy sauce and rice vinegar (organic pure rice vinegar) made using domestically grown organic ingredients, Makurazaki-grown bonito flakes, kelp, hon mirin, and salt.
No chemical seasonings or synthetic preservatives are used.
