We mix shiitake mushroom stems, which are packed with umami ingredients, with our paste and turn them into small, crunchy tempura balls.

Product: Fried kamaboko

We mix shiitake mushroom stems, which are packed with umami ingredients, with our paste to create small, crunchy tempura balls.

The result is a delicious treat with an addictive aroma and texture when you put it in your mouth.

Phosphorus-free fish paste is used as the main ingredient, and no sprouting inhibitors are used. Hokkaido potato starch, custom-made natural stock (kelp stock, bonito stock), custom-made domestic fish sauce, domestic beet sugar (sugar beet)
We use only carefully selected ingredients, including domestically produced authentic mirin, domestic sea salt produced without the use of ion exchange membranes, domestic vegetables, and pressed rapeseed oil.

No preservatives, phosphates, or umami seasonings (chemical seasonings) are used.
