This chikuwa is made using flying fish, the prefectural fish of Shimane Prefecture, and is thick, satisfying to eat and has an impressive flavor.

This is a thick, satisfying chikuwa that is made using flying fish, the prefectural fish of Shimane Prefecture, and is both satisfying and flavorful.


Phosphorus-free fish paste is used as the main ingredient, and no sprouting inhibitors are used. Hokkaido potato starch, custom-made natural stock (kelp stock, bonito stock), custom-made domestic fish sauce, domestic beet sugar (sugar beet)
We use only carefully selected ingredients, including domestically produced authentic mirin, domestic sea salt produced without the use of ion exchange membranes, domestic vegetables, and pressed rapeseed oil.

No preservatives, phosphates, or umami seasonings (chemical seasonings) are used.
