While many breeds around the world prioritize productivity and rationality, this is a rare breed in the world that pursues the taste and quality of the meat. Although it cannot be denied that it is inferior to other breeds in terms of productivity, we offer it as a very rare breed that matches the value of producing safe, secure and delicious pork that we aim for. The red meat has very fine muscle fibers, and is soft and rich when put in the mouth, while the fat is a clear white color, and you can feel the umami and sweetness of the fat when you put it in your mouth. It is also characterized by having no odor peculiar to meat and good firmness.
