Brewer Hayashi Soy Sauce" Hayashi Soy Sauce has been a purveyor to the Aizu clan for over 220 years, and is a collaborative producer. This honjozo brew is made by long-term aging of domestically grown whole soybeans and domestically grown wheat. It has a rich aroma and deep flavor. The dark soy sauce is great for cooking with simmered and fried dishes.
