[How to eat]
When boiling: Place one bag (two bags for 1 liter) directly into approximately 500 ml of boiling water.
Simmer on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. In summer, chill it and use it as a substitute for barley tea.
In winter, keep it warm in a pot and enjoy as hot tea.
For teapot: Place one bag in a teapot, pour in boiling water, let steep for 2-3 minutes, and drink to your desired strength.
