A moist rice flour cookie with an exquisite combination of orange flavor and chocolate.

Ingredients: Organic rice flour (domestically produced), butter, raw sugar, eggs, organic chocolate (organic cocoa mass, organic sugar, organic cocoa butter), organic orange peel (organic orange peel, organic corn syrup, organic sugar, organic lemon juice), organic almond powder, organic corn flakes (organic corn, organic sugar, salt), salt/vanilla extract (alcohol, vanilla bean extract), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, calcium monophosphate)

That's what I thought when I started.

We handcraft each and every baked good and Western-style pastry using domestic organic rice flour, domestic rice flour, and domestic soy flour.
- Take your time and do not use emulsifiers or additives.
- Mixing by hand will avoid damaging the dough and will make it fluffy.

The raw material is

・Butter is grass-fed butter from New Zealand
・Nuts are primarily made from organic ingredients.
