Traditional Tainan-style chimaki. Large pieces of meat and plenty of black beans. Enjoy with our special kinako and sauce. Easy to prepare, just boil for 15 minutes!
It uses a generous amount of Tanba black soybeans. Also, unlike regular chimaki steamed in a bamboo steamer, this is a traditional Tainan-style chimaki boiled in a large pot. It uses raw glutinous rice from the local Tanba Sasayama area, giving it a chewy texture, the pork melts in your mouth, and the black beans are plump and sweet, giving it a different taste from traditional chimaki.
Easy to cook, just boil for 15 minutes!
Since it is a retort pack, it can be stored at room temperature for long periods of time.
Enjoy with our special soybean flour and sauce.
