Whole wheat buckwheat noodles made with ground buckwheat flour

Made from 100% organically grown buckwheat in the Uonuma region of Niigata Prefecture.
We use whole wheat flour ground in-house using a stone mill to create a fragrant, rustic-style soba that preserves the original flavor of soba. (Other ingredients) We use wheat flour and domestically produced weak flour.
Salt: Traditional sea salt (sea salt) is used.

Dried noodles...All ingredients other than buckwheat flour are domestically produced.

★What is Organic JAS? The Organic JAS mark is a mark that depicts the sun, clouds, and plants.
It refers to food that is produced using the power of nature without relying on chemicals such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
It is applied to agricultural products, processed foods, feed, livestock products and algae.
No prohibited pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms are used, and the crops have been cultivated for at least two years (three years for perennials) before sowing or planting.
It is produced in organically managed rice paddies and fields.
At Ichikara Farm, we grow buckwheat without pesticides at Doko Plateau in Uonuma City and Yotsukoyama in Ojiya City.
