These are 100% buckwheat noodles made without the use of pesticides on our own farm and made without the use of any additives or salt.
The buckwheat flour used is whole wheat, which is rare for dried noodles, making the noodles highly nutritious.

☆Gluten-free means avoiding the consumption of foods that contain gluten.
Bread and pasta are primarily made from wheat flour, which contains proteins called glutenin and gliadin.
When flour is mixed with water and kneaded, the two become intertwined and form "gluten."
