We offer rice flour bread and sweets made from 100% rice flour. We bake our rice flour bread using a blend of organic rice from Minamiizu and Mizuho Chikara from Kumamoto. It is free of dairy products, eggs, refined sugar and additives (we use aluminum-free baking powder). As the owner has a wheat allergy, there is no contamination. Our rice flour bread and sweets can be enjoyed safely and deliciously by anyone, whether they have allergies or not.
