This is a very special Hinamatsuri cake that is gluten-free yet moist and delicious.

This pale pink buttercream is made with grass-fed butter, organic strawberries and organic raspberries, giving it a spring-like feel.
This is a special Hinamatsuri cake that is gluten-free, yet moist and delicious.
