Made with domestically produced Silk Sweet. Silk Sweet is a sweet potato with few fibrous strings, a smooth texture, and a refreshing, refined sweetness that is not cloying.
Soft steam processing ensures that the sweetness and nutritional value (vitamin C, B vitamins, and vitamin E) of sweet potatoes are extracted without losing any of their flavor.
This is a non-alcoholic, additive-free, sugar-free sweet sake that is slowly fermented with rice malt. (Sugar content: 14.9 degrees)
It is also recommended for summer as it contains beauty ingredients from sweet potatoes and has antioxidant properties from amazake, which is often referred to as a drinkable IV drip, and helps prevent summer fatigue by boosting your immunity.

It tastes good whether it's chilled or warmed.
