CUBREAD is a 100% organic rice flour bakery located right in front of the sea in Izu Kogen.
The owner, Mr. Yamashita, suddenly developed a wheat allergy, even though the bakery and cafe was an ordinary one, so he decided to create a bakery that doesn't use wheat at all! The brand that was created is "CUBREAD".
We wanted to make bread that is fluffy yet heavy like a regular meal bread, while still using rice flour made from Japanese rice.
